I hope everyone had a lovely weekend! I've been busily painting in my studio. I pulled out another photo from my Longwood Gardens archives. I was so taken with these tulips. I've never seen them open like that before. They looked so dramatic.

Another beautiful painting, Terri. The colors are so complimentary.
I remember the first time I saw a fully opened tulip, I was amazed. I had only seen them closed, and they look so dramatically different. Beautiful in all stages.
